Conversation with Target - Christie's Most Expensive Auction in History
This has been an UNPRECEDENTED art sale which has ever happened in history! It’s almost twice as much as the previous record - more than $1.5 Billion.
The collector, multibillionaire Paul Allen being once a Microsoft cofounder, who died several years ago, managed to create one of the most expensive art collections in history.

Dozens of thousands of people came to see this collection before many of these artworks disappeared in private collections.
This incredible success highlights the taste and natural gift of Mr. Allen to find the best masterpieces.
